More people are facing stress, burnout and fatigue, a growing public health concern driven by increased demands in both personal and professional life. Many feel overlooked or unsupported in the traditional healthcare system, often caught between services or left without clear guidance. As a result, accessible support and guidance in managing these issues is needed.
This master thesis was carried out in collaboration with a Norwegian company started by two health-care professionals. They have created a digital course programme called FLYT. The programme combines education about the nervous system with practical tools for self-regulation, such as movement, meditation and reflection exercises. It takes a holistic approach to health, covering both physical and emotional aspects, as well as live support throughout the programme.
Using methods from service design and strategic design, the goal has been to identify strategic opportunities and improve the digital platform through a user-centered approach. Through a broad insight process covering both stakeholders and users, including in-depth interviews, the project suggests a new concept that combines digital and physical offerings, along with a strategic roadmap for future development.
